Flexible Holiday Dates
You are free to choose the dates of your holiday. However, to ensure the best available accommodation, we kindly ask that you confirm your arrival date at least 4 weeks in advance.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed per person and do not include the 10% local tax.
Payment Information
Once your vacation dates are confirmed, you will receive detailed payment instructions along with a secure payment link.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required no later than three weeks prior to your arrival, payable via bank transfer in JAPANESE YEN.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your arrival in Japan and can be settled in JAPANESE YEN, using either cash or credit card.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made in writing via email.The cancellation date will be considered the day the notice is received. In the event of cancellation, the organizer reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as compensation for financial loss, as follows:

Cancellation 5–3 days before arrival: 30% of the amount paid

Cancellation 3–2 days before arrival: 60% of the amount paid

Cancellation 2–0 days before arrival: 100% of the amount paid
Changing the Date:
If you decide to change the dates of your holiday, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. If the new dates are less favorable, an additional charge may apply.
We Recommend Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation fees, especially in cases of unforeseen circumstances such as health issues, injuries, or emergencies.
